Monetize Twitter With Tweets That Convert To Cash And Get You Paid
65Many of us use Twitter for bookmarking, keeping in touch, sharing stories, and more.
First of all, before I get to the juicy stuff, I want to tell you a little bit about staying organized with Twitter. You won't really get any value if I just point you to a site and tell you how much success I can predict in its future. You simply won't be equipped. You may be the master-tweeter, but let me run a few things across the board for the newer Twitts out there!
With all of the uses of Twitter and the phenomenal success of the fairly new site it is easy to waste a lot of time on it. Time is money. While Twitter can be a great tool to help people keep up with your busy schedule, it is easy to get lost in it and sometimes hard to stay organized. Maybe you have a Twitter account set up for your personal updates, another setup for your bookmarks, and another still for your small business or website.
There are a few ways to stay a bit more well managed on Twitter, one of the most well known being TweetDeck. This only handles one Twitter account as far as I can tell, so I like to keep this for my personal Twitter and use another application to handle my categorized Twitter accounts. The app I'm talking about is an online reader called Tweet3. Using this application, you can manage your Twitters and keep your followers informed. Suddenly the mess becomes something that you can master.
If you poke around there for a little while you will be able to manage your Twitter accounts all in one place and keep your updates flowing smoothly. Now I will tell you about a site that is helping to make your time spent Tweeting a little bit more worth while and then show you a picture of the site's front page. Afterwards, I'd like to add value to your time reading this with a short list of tips and best practices so that you can make the most out of your Twitter experience without it bogging you down. We've covered a couple of ways to stay organized on Twitter, now let's look at a web app that can Tweet paying clicks about things your followers may share an interest in.
Insert a few paying links into your Twitter routine to raise funds!
So you've got a page on Twitter where you tweet all of the things you write and maybe most of the things you do in between. If you have been tweeting for a little while, you can see that the social part of Twitter can be very time consuming. You are wondering "How to make money on Twitter" and I am here to tell you that you can claim back some of that time spent keeping your following updated and make money from tweets with RevTWT. You heard that right - You are about to learn to get paid for tweeting. This second section aims to share with you a new site that could do well or not - no one knows. But no one knew if Twitter would do well either. Right now, anything with Twitter attached to it is hot, so I'm assuming this is worth the time to share. RevTWT is for making money with your twitter, but you should not spam with it. More below this module.
Leveraging the Twitter API to build an application that pays its users was probably not an easy task. That's OK because no task is much easier than picking an ad that fits your following, posting it, and getting paid each time someone clicks it. It really is as easy as I make it sound. I'll show you how to get some money for your efforts on Twitter with RevTWT.
All you do is click the link to go to the site, sign up, and you're ready to check out the ads they offer. Once you've found one that you like, all there is left to do is to choose an account to post it to (supports multiple accounts!) and click the Post Ad button. The ad is Tweeted to your account and waiting for clicks!
This is a brand new opportunity and it's only going to get better with RevTWT. The owner seems very intent on improving it and expanding the offering so getting in NOW would be your best bet (before everyone else gets in on it). You definitely don't want to be the last person in the Twitter world to know about RevTWT, so that's why I wrote a hub here for it.
Now I'll show you a picture of RevTWT, but that's not the end of this hub - I want to end this short hub with some guidelines and best practices so that you get the most out of your Twittering without messing it up for yourself - this is touchy subject material and too much of any good thing can be bad! If you read the third and final section of this hub you will have learned to better manage and organize yourself on Twitter, where to recoup a little bit of your time at RevTWT, and how to make sure this new revenue generation model evolves to something good and lasting.

Since this is a brand new way to help make ends meet, there needs to be a little bit of extra information on how to treat this new method of being able to monetize some of your time spent on Twitter. It is important to consider the information in this section and to act accordingly to what is found here. We don't want this to go away, right? Right.
First thing is first: Twitter is not an ad network. RevTWT is, and that being said you should use discretion whenever you are sharing tweets from the site. Do you have a Twitter geared toward sharing your favorite articles on making money online? Ok, then chances are you should not tweet about a free sample of acne medicine. Maybe you would run the acne tweet if you ran a skin care and spa blog, something like that. These tweets are hypothetical and I am just making a point - don't abuse the service, and the service won't be abused by regulation.
That leads to the next point I want to share with you. On the site it says to keep 5 or so tweets updating between RevTWT tweets and you really need to consider that and take it for what it is. I personally recommend that you drop just one RevTWT tweet per session, and make sure your sessions consist of a few updates and replies to your following - if you abuse this service you run the risk of getting it attacked by people and there by ruining it for yourself and everyone else. If there is a contest to go to space, sure, tweet that anywhere. But leave the free video games offers for the video game Twitters.
I realize this is a matter of opinion and my own taste, but I imagine also that many others will agree: Keep it contextual and only post what is good for your readership and friends base - just because it's there and pays 10 cents per click does NOT mean you, Twitter, your Following, or even the advertiser will benefit. You don't want to turn off followers by giving them something they are not there to see. And you don't want to give someone a bad run for their message by showing it to people who don't want to see it.
In this hub you learned about some useful tools to manage your Twitter accounts and monetize them all in one place. Take this out there into the world and let it make you less worried about wasting too much time on Twitter! You've shaved, probably, hours off of your sessions monthly, and learned to generate a little bit of cash for your efforts - You Rock!

Interesting concepts, but I am not a fan of posting stuff on Twitter just to make money.. Instead, I see indirect routes: you can promote your brand, share your thought leadership, have conversations with your customers and generate leads. These will eventually lead to sales for reputable businesses.
